Contracts, contractors (working with the 4 primes), handling planning & zoning, expansion, acquisition + front office management (presently a huge mess). And before I forget: due to the questions from followers on social media, I will be starting an affiliate associate partnership with Amazon for all the supplies and appliances commonly used when setting up a glamping and/or camping site and will include items I will be importing directly. So this will now join the ranks of administrative functions I have to manage daily, until I clone myself. Oh, and I’m going to be a Realtor!

Then there is the daily management of the property: communication with each reserved guests one-on-one (that’s the service part), grocery shopping with chef for all meals, preping all domes prior to arrival of guests (beautiful and fun). And I’m sure there’s lots of surprises in between.

Every Monday, I will write a blog about something specific that stood out about my previous week and what my present week is looking like.
