CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no cancellation fee when cancelled within 24 hours. There is a 10 % fee from day 2 of reservations to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, a 50% of charge 14 days prior to the date of arrival, 75% of charge 3 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room more. Non Refundable Rate: For the non refundable bookings there are no cancellation or changes possible.

REFUND POLICY

On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between seven (7) to ten (10) business days to refund back and two (2) to four (4) weeks to show on your credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
